All products sold by Obsidian Labs are strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes only. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, are not FDA approved, and are not dietary supplements or pharmaceutical drugs.

By placing an order you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You are a qualified researcher purchasing for legitimate research purposes
• You will not use these compounds for human or animal consumption
• You understand and accept all risks associated with research compounds
• You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to US domestic addresses only. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays) after payment is confirmed.

Shipping options:

• USPS Ground Advantage — $10.00
• FedEx 2-Day — when available

Shipping Liability & Lost Packages

Once an order has shipped and a tracking number has been provided, Obsidian Labs is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues outside of our control.

• Delivered status: If tracking shows a package as Delivered, we consider the order fulfilled. We are not responsible for packages reported missing after a confirmed delivery scan by the carrier.
• Lost packages: If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact us at [email protected] and we will assist in filing a carrier claim. We are not obligated to replace or refund orders pending carrier investigation.
• Wrong address: We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
• Seized or confiscated packages: Obsidian Labs is not liable for packages that are seized, confiscated, or detained by customs, postal authorities, or law enforcement. No refunds or replacements will be issued for seized packages. By placing an order, you assume all responsibility and risk associated with receiving research compound shipments in your jurisdiction.
• Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, contact [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and photos. We will review on a case-by-case basis.

Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Orders showing Delivered by the carrier
• Packages seized or confiscated by authorities
• Orders placed with incorrect shipping information
• Change of mind after order is placed
• Orders already in transit

Refund requests for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your Order ID to [email protected]. Approved refunds are issued at our sole discretion.

Payment Terms

We currently accept USDC (cryptocurrency) and Zelle. A 3% processing fee applies to all Zelle payments, shown as a line item at checkout.

Orders are held until payment is confirmed. Crypto payments are verified on-chain. Zelle payments are verified manually upon receipt of your order number and payment screenshot sent to [email protected].

Obsidian Labs reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion and issue a full refund if necessary.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Obsidian Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

Our total liability in any matter arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
